Absolutely! I recommend booking your newborn session after your 20-week scan to secure a spot in my diary. Once baby arrives, we’ll finalise the date based on your little one’s arrival.

For maternity sessions, 28–34 weeks is generally ideal, though every pregnancy is unique. Some bumps show earlier, and some mamas feel more comfortable later. I'm happy to work around what feels right for you. For newborn photos, the sweet spot is within the first 2 weeks, when babies are still sleepy and curled up. If you've missed that window, don't worry I can still capture beautiful images of babies up to 12 weeks old. For older babies, a sitter session (typically around 7–10 months, once baby can sit unaided) is perfect to showcase their cheeky personality and growing confidence.

Please don’t worry, babies rarely stick to the plan! If you're overdue or need extra time in hospital, we’ll simply reschedule your session. If your baby is no longer in the "newborn" stage, we’ll still aim for those sleepy-style poses where possible, and I’ll work gently with your baby’s natural rhythm awake or asleep.

I always encourage parents to be in the photos. I know you might be feeling tired or not quite camera-ready, but these early moments are so precious and you’ll never regret being part of them. These are the memories your baby will treasure most when they grow up.

Yes! I have a carefully curated collection of maternity gowns, baby knits, newborn bloomer shorts, white outfits, and wooden toys all designed to complement my soft, timeless style.

To keep the focus on connection rather than clothing, I recommend wearing light, neutral, plain tones. Think whites, creams, beiges, or soft greys. Simple dresses, tops, and jeans or trousers work beautifully.

Pack everything you’d usually take for a day out with your baby, nappies, milk or snacks, comfort items, etc.

Choosing the most flattering, beautifully composed moments that tell the story of your family. Every image you receive will be professionally edited and thoughtfully chosen to reflect the very best of your gallery.

Your professionally edited images will be delivered via a private online gallery within 6 weeks of your session. From there, you’ll be able to download and treasure them forever.
